2. If you remove or add a work to your concert please notify us ASAP at [email protected].
3. Please notify [email protected] of any repertoir change at least 60 days before your event to receive a program note for added rep. After 60 days we can’t provide any added notes.
4. If you are performing brand new works or commissions, we may reach out to you for assistance in writing a note. Our writer needs a starting place.
5. Notes are not necessarily listed in concert order. Concert order is determined when you submit your for full program details submission form.
